St Mirren will be looking to make it two wins in a row when bottom-of-the-table Hibernian come to Paisley for a Scottish Premiership match on Wednesday 28 October, kick-off 7.45pm.

Saturday's 2-1 home win over Dundee, played in the teeth of Storm Boelo, ended a run of five straight league defeats and lifted some of the pressure on Craig McLeish's side. The Buddies sit sixth in the table with 13 points from 10 games, and seven of those points have come at home.

Hibs arrive in poor shape. They are bottom of the league with seven points from 10 matches and are without a win in five games. David Gray left the club after a run of home defeats, and new head coach Marink Reedijk has lost all three of his games in charge so far.

The visitors do have a good recent record in this fixture, though. Hibs are unbeaten in their last five meetings with St Mirren, so Wednesday is a chance for Saints to put that right.

Team news

St Mirren are still missing Nikolas Agrafiotis, Malik Dijksteel, Keanu Baccus and Jonah Ayunga through injury. Calvin Ramsay and Eseosa Sule, who scored against Dundee, could keep their places.

Hibs have their own injury list, with Callum Wright, Nathan Lowe, Kanayochukwu Megwa, Rocky Bushiri and Jordan Obita all expected to miss out.

A midweek win would open a nine-point gap over Hibs and help Saints build some momentum after a difficult few weeks.
