A fresh dining option has arrived in Paisley town centre, offering residents a vibrant mix of African, Caribbean and Italian cuisine.
The Pot African Caribbean Restaurant opened two months ago at 36A Wellmeadow Street, run by husband-and-wife duo Richard and Akosua. The couple, who hail from Ghana and relocated to Glasgow in 2016, selected Paisley for their debut venture.
Akosua draws on her professional background as a chef in Italy, where she honed her skills blending flavours from three continents. Her approach emphasises wholesome, budget-friendly meals prepared with organic ingredients.
The menu caters to diverse dietary needs, with many dishes naturally gluten-free alongside vegetarian and vegan selections. The restaurant also provides catering services for private functions and celebrations.
Richard and Akosua are committed to making nutritious, quality food available to the whole community, reflecting their passion for supporting Paisley's local food scene.
