A fresh dining experience has arrived in Paisley town centre with the recent launch of The Pot African Caribbean Restaurant on Wellmeadow Street.
Husband-and-wife duo Richard and Akosua, both originally from Ghana, decided to establish their first restaurant right here in Paisley after relocating to Scotland back in 2016. Akosua's culinary background includes time working as a chef in Italy, where she honed her skills blending African, Caribbean and Italian influences.
The couple are committed to serving healthy, nutritious meals made with organic ingredients at prices that won't break the bank. Their menu caters to a wide range of dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, all prepared using Akosua's distinctive cooking methods.
The Pot also provides outside catering services for parties, celebrations and special events throughout the area.
