Jog On
Hot on the heels of the success of the Paisley 10k, Jogging Buddies is looking for new members.
Jogging Buddies is Renfrewshire’s very own jogging network. It is part of the national jogscotland programme and aims to encourage people to gradually increase their activity levels to help improve their health and well being.
Joggers of all abilities are welcome to join any of the Jogging Buddies venues. If you have never jogged before don’t despair! Jogging Buddies will be organising new beginners walk/jog classes at all its venues on the week commencing 20th September.
Jogging Buddies venues:
Houston Village Hall, Monday 6.30pm
Renfrew Leisure Centre, Mondays 6.30pm
Lagoon Leisure Centre, Tuesdays 6.00pm
Glennifer High School. Tuesdays 6.30pm
McKillop Institute Lochwinnoch Wednesdays 6.30pm
Ralston Community Sports Centre Wednesdays 7.00pm
Elderslie Village Hall Thursdays 6.30pm
Erskine Sports Centre, Thursdays 6.30pm
Linwood Sports Centre, Saturdays 10.00am
