Fans of Agatha Christie can find out more about her at Paisley & District u3a’s next meeting.

Strathclyde University’s Centre for Lifelong Learning tutor, Barbara Graham will reveal various facts and clues to the Queen of Crime.

This free talkstarts at 2pm on Thursday 4 July in the Salvation Army Hall, Mill Street, Paisley (PA1 1ND).  Refreshments are available from 1.30pm.

u3a chair, Kathy O’Donnell commented: “Many of us enjoy solving a crime mystery and correctly guessing whodunit.  Yet sometimes truth is stranger than fiction.  We are keen to learn if those twists and turns in Agatha Christie’s plots at times mirrored her own life.”

Barbara Graham said: “Agatha Christie’s literary career spanned six decades.  Best known for her detective novels, she wrote in other genres.  In her lifetime she had three distinct identities.  Intrigued to find out more?  All will be revealed in my talk on 4th July!”
