Horror Con Halloween is an 18+ Halloween event at Paisley Town Hall on Friday 30 October, from 5pm to 10pm. It’s being organised by Northern Frights and brings a full evening of horror entertainment and activities to the town hall.
The programme includes:
The Undead Academy: a zombie acting taster session led by professional scare actors Stevie Douglas and Chris Campbell from Scare Scotland. Their screen credits include I Survived a Zombie Apocalypse, World War Z, Anna and the Apocalypse, Doomsday and Redcon-1, as well as scare attractions across the UK. They’ll teach guests how to move, behave and perform like the walking dead. The session is included in the ticket price, with limited class spaces.
Nightmare Fuel Photography: a professional horror photo shoot, with the shoot and digital images included in the ticket price.
Minnie Knot: a professional contortionist.
Horror burlesque and live entertainment, horror characters and photo opportunities, quizzes and prizes, plus a Halloween cocktail or mocktail.
A Horror Marketplace featuring independent horror traders. All event activities are included in the ticket price, but purchases from the marketplace and any additional food or drinks are separate, so guests should bring spending money.
