A Night In Scotland with the Alexander Brothers
Join us for a fantastic night packed with a variety of music from Scotland
and beyond from some of the best entertainment acts out there. We have Music
from:
The Alexander Brothers – two brothers who’s career spans over 50 years in
the music entertainment industry. On leaving school they pursued a trade as
painters and decorators by day, entertainers by night. Their biggest hit
single was “Nobody’s Child” in 1964. It sold more copies in Scotland that
year than did recordings by The Beatles. Their other hits include “These Are
My Mountains”, “The Northern Lights of Old Aberdeen”, “Bonnie Wee Jeannie
McColl”, and “Two Highland Lads”.
Heedrum Hodrum – Heedrum Hodrum brings together and eclectic group of
highly-skilled professional musicians with the talent, enthusiasm, and
showmanship to bring you an unforgettable experience. Their music will take
you on a journey and is jam packed with foot tapping jigs and reels that
will make you want to go up and dance.
Graham Laurie Paisley Accordion Orchestra – Since 1986 these UK championship
winning orchestras have pushed accordion musical boundaries. Having toured
all over the world, our orchestras have picked up a varied and vibrant music
collection, which we eloquently combine with home grown traditional Scottish
music. In doing this we provide every audience we play for a mind tingling
enjoyable experience that will never be forgotten.
