Paisley has welcomed a brand-new dining spot with the opening of Canton Express at 53 Kilnside Road. The restaurant, now serving both sit-in meals and takeaway, is a family venture led by local couple Winnie and Aaron, alongside their son Josh.
Winnie, a former pupil of Paisley Grammar—the same school Josh attends today—brings years of experience from working in Chinese restaurants across the area. When the premises, previously occupied by The Ladyburn, became available, the family recognised it as the perfect opportunity to establish their own place.
Canton Express offers a varied menu designed to suit different dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
