I would like to introduce you to CalmPoint and its owner Adele Logan. Adele has been working with ear acupuncture for a good number of years and has witnessed many, many times just how effective it can be. Over the years Adele has found that by using just a few acupuncture points you can effectively treat most types of stress, anxiety and low mood.

Sometimes one treatment is all that’s needed to get clients back on track. I believe that this treatment is so effective that Adele calls it ‘1st aid for stress’ because when clients receive this treatment as soon as they feel their stress levels increasing, they cope much, much better with life in general, feel more in control and more relaxed. In fact many clients have said that having a CalmPoint treatment meant they didn’t have to see their GP and probably avoided having to take prescribed medication. That’s a huge achievement; as a Complementary and Alternative Health Practitioner and Life Coach I’m passionate about helping people manage their health and well-being in as natural, safe and side-effect free way where possible.

Please be aware however, that if you do have a medical condition you should also take advice from your doctor and I may also advise you to do so before agreeing to carry out any treatment.
