Paisley's dining scene is getting a major boost as Café Royale Bistro Deluxe prepares to open its doors on Wednesday 28 October at 71 Glasgow Road.
The restaurant will be helmed by Ferrier Richardson M.C.G.B., a distinguished chef who has previously earned the title of Scottish Chef of the Year. Throughout his career, Ferrier has prepared meals for royalty, presidents, Hollywood celebrities and football legends.
His impressive culinary CV includes stints as executive chef at some of Scotland's most prestigious establishments: Rogano, The Buttery and One Devonshire Gardens. He's also the author of the bestselling cookbook 'Glasgow on a Plate'.
Taking over the much-loved former Caffe Royale premises, Ferrier has chosen to honour the site's heritage by keeping the Café Royale name, paying tribute to previous owner Colin Guthrie's legacy.
The menu will showcase European and Asian cuisine alongside pizza offerings — not strictly Italian, but a truly international experience.
The restaurant is currently recruiting chefs and front-of-house staff for full-time and part-time positions. Interested candidates can email their CV to vickimelvin@icloud.com.
