Learn to paint/draw

This is a paid event: £7.50 in advance.
Meet at Paisley Gilmour Street station (County Square)

learn to draw

We are taking the creative space outside. Embracing our environment and painting/drawing some great scenery.  Bring your own art materials and see our website for more details.

We will be on hand to help at all stages.

Tutor: Alicia has been practising architecture for 12 years and has been painting since she was a child so she will be able to advise on the view, composition, perspective, style, use of materials etc everything to help you create the image you want to capture.

The town centre is an Architectural gem with many listed buildings including Paisley Abbey dating from 1176, the Victorian-era Town Hall and Fountain Gardens. Also famous for the Paisley Pattern, the textile mill is set on the river in the centre of the town which is only 10 minutes from Glasgow Central Station.

Time: 1pm – 3.30pm
1pm – Meet & greet at County Square (Paisley Gilmour Street Station) – See The Farmers Market on the way to our site
