Renfrew Community Council is inviting local children and their families to hop along to a free Easter Egg Hunt in Robertson Park on Sunday 5 April 2026. The fun starts at 1.00pm, near the side entrance on Craigielee Road.

With spring in the air and Robertson Park as the backdrop, the hunt is set to be a bright, feel-good afternoon for local families. Chocolate eggs will be available, and Haribo will also be available for anyone who cannot have chocolate.

Callum Reid, Chair of Renfrew Community Council, said:

“Community events like this are about simple fun and bringing people together. It is a chance for children to enjoy the park, for families to meet their neighbours, and for Renfrew to feel that wee bit more connected.”

Renfrew Community Council is also using the event to remind residents that the Community Council is a place where local people can help shape Renfrew, raise issues that matter, and work together on practical improvements.

Callum Reid added:

“The Community Council is your place to bring ideas, raise concerns, and help create positive change in Renfrew. If you care about the town and want to be part of the volunteers moving Renfrew forward, we would love to hear from you.”

Residents are encouraged to arrive a few minutes early and to follow any guidance on the day so the hunt can run safely and smoothly. Children should be accompanied by parents or carers.
