Our second studio is located within the Wilson Business Park, 1 Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Glasgow. G52 4NQ. Just 15 minutes west of Glasgow. Work is underway and we hope to be open for our first classes towards the end of August. Stay tuned for updates!

Sobia
Sobia has always had a passion for fitness. The reason for this is the impact on both herself and those attending her classes. She has taught spin for five years and latterly Reformer Pilates.
Her knowledge in how to work a room and get people where they want to be in their own fitness journey is second to none. Opening this studio has been a dream for Sobia and it’s finally here. From going to her first Reformer Pilates class and now about to teach in a space she has created and so proud of has been a journey in itself.
