The brilliant Southside Texas return to The Bungalow tonight. Enjoy an authentic tribute to Texas, one of Scotland’s most successful bands tonight in the award-winning Bungalow. Yes, they have just won another award. This time it is the Scotland Loves Local Awards for Best Venue. Scotland Loves Local is a campaign putting localism at the heart of a stronger, greener, fairer Scotland. Back to the gig, this 5-piece band play an authentic tribute to the amazing Scottish band, Texas, performing songs from the Southside album plus the most popular songs from the Texas live gig playlist spanning the last 5 decades. The Bobby Deans Big Band are back tomorrow afternoon for more Jazz, Swing and Big Band songs with the wonderful John Griffith at the front. Free entry and doors are 1pm.

The very popular Hell’s Bells are playing tomorrow night. The AC/DC tribute is one of the longest running bands around and they put on a show that is a fitting tribute to the mighty AC/DC. The Square Go’s will be playing on Sunday. The band come from North Lanarkshire, and they play classic mod, ska, northern soul, 60s, punk and indie classics. It’s Happy Birthday to The Keg who just turned 8 years old this week. Congratulations to Trevor and Heather and all at Team Keg for continuing to promote live music in Paisley.
