The former popular Paisley pub Carnegies is going up for sale this month.
The site at 6 New Sneddon Street, Paisley has been closed for many years.
It will go under the hammer at Wilsons Auctions in Dalry on 26th January 2017.
The guide price for the site is sitting at £45,000.
According to the listing online at the auctioneers website the “former public house has expired planning for 6 flats and a commercial retail unit” and describes it as “an ideal investment for any developer or investor.”
