Stress Less

StressLess is the new public education course, free to people who live or work in Renfrewshire.

The course will offer practical strategies for reducing stress in our bodies, lives and minds.

Run over 3 sessions of 2 hours, the format is:

• information sharing
• low-key participation activities
• personal goal setting between sessions.
